Lucas Ngoo previously co-founded Carousell, one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic tech platforms backed by leading investors including Telenor Group, Rakuten Ventures, Naver, STIC Investments, 500 Global and Peak XV Partners (formerly known as Sequoia Capital India). At CareSense, he’s focused on building intelligent, always-on health coaching that helps people stay healthier for longer. A product and engineering leader, Lucas believes AI can close the gap in preventive care and drive real-world impact.

Julian Koo is a digital health entrepreneur focused on bringing preventive care into everyday life. He previously founded Jaga-Me, a digital platform delivering hospital-level care into patients at  home, and supported venture creation at the Singapore Economic Development Board in partnership with MNCs and global founders.  He envisions a future where AI enables health and care to be abundantly accessible around the world in a safe and personalized way, and is building that future at CareSense.

Both founders are alumni of the NUS Overseas College in Silicon Valley.
